Shipping & Returns

 

Ironman 4x4 America takes pride in everything we do and believe we deliver the highest quality off-road performance products on the market. However, if you find that you are dissatisfied with one of our products, for any reason, please read and use the following information.

Returns

To start a return please login to your account, select the order you would like to return and fill out the return information to be processed.  Our customer service team will contact you with any additional information we might need before issuing an RMA number. If you processed an order as a guest, please contact our customer service to start a return.  All items returned must be within 30 days of the date of shipment with the original packaging in new condition and must be accompanied with the original invoice and RMA number. Items that are shipped via LTL Freight are unable to be returned outside of warranty issues that will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.  Items must be shipped pre-paid. Make a copy of your original invoice for your own records. If item is damaged in return shipping then there will be additional costs attached to the refund. Refunds will be issued the same method as the original payment. Any returned item(s) or order(s) originally shipped utilizing "Free Shipping" will be refunded less the original shipping fee incurred by Iron Rigs 4x4.  All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee up to $100 of the original purchase price. No refunds will be granted after 30 days of purchase

All orders that are unable to be delivered or refused and returned to Iron Rigs 4x4  or distributor that the product shipped from will be treated as a return and a shipping fee will be applicable.

Do not ship any items back to us until we issue you an RMA number and specify a return address.

Finishes

All products that are manufactured by Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  are handled with the most thorough care from assembly to packaging. Ironman 4x4 America, Inc. If items are damaged please see Shipping Claims.

Shipping Claims

Iron Rigs 4x4 is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the shipping driver or shipping facility immediately before opening to start a claim. Iron Rigs 4x4  will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to notify the shipping company can result in a loss or recourse to the damaged items. Iron Rigs 4x4  is not responsible for any missing items that have been signed for by the purchaser or user. The purchaser or user must contact Iron Rigs 4x4 within 30 days of any shortages in shipping.

Warranty

Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  warranties only products we manufacture to the original purchaser who owns the vehicle, which the product was originally installed. Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  offers no warranty on any manufactured parts that have been modified from their original design. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for any warranty issues.

Warranty on items produced by other manufactures that are purchased through Iron Rigs 4x4 are warranted by the original manufacturer. Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  is not responsible for any damage or issues with the items that are produced by the original manufacturer. All warranties are subject to the policies provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  and does not include the costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any incurred costs.

Safety Disclosure

Iron Rigs 4x4 has no warranty offered concerning the performance of the Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  products after the installation. Iron Rigs 4x4 is not responsible for use of its products off road or on road, quality of installation, the driving conditions or any combo of these factors. The warranty is limited to the replacement of a defective product prior to installation that Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  has deemed defective. Items that have been modified or damaged during installation will not be covered under the warranty. This warranty does not include the reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Iron Rigs 4x4 and does not include any costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any other incurred costs. Ironman 4x4 America, Inc.  products are designed for off road use only. The purchaser and owner agree to the risks that can potentially result in death or serious injury while off-road. Iron Rigs 4x4  is not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries or deaths that could potentially result from product failure. The purchaser or owner is held responsible for all proper vehicle maintenance and is in safe operating conditions.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING OVER $150 (CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY) 

  • Exclusions apply: valid within the lower 48 states, and applies to ground shipping via standard small parcel services like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 
  • We do not offer free shipping to Military Forwarding Bases (APO, FPO or DPO addresses)
  • We do not ship big items to small P.O. Box Addresses (because it won't fit)
  • All orders that must ship LTL freight will have a flat shipping rate of $100.

  • Any orders with an 8ft. awning will have an additional fee of $100 for each 8ft. awning in the cart + any additional fees

SHIPPING STRATEGY

At Iron Rigs 4x4, we work with multiple freight solutions to provide the best option possible for your shipment.  This often means the solution that best fits the circumstance evolves due to factors such as service and price in a seemingly short time span.  We cannot be certain at the time of your order what that solution is, thus the commitment we make is that at the time of your order shipping and this decision is made, you will receive an electronic communication with the tracking number and solution provided.

 

FREIGHT SHIPPING NOTICE 

In order for your product to arrive in good condition, Ironman 4x4’s shipping department strives to assure your products are adequately packaged and secured when they leave our facility. Please be sure that when you receive your items you inspect for damages and notify us immediately should your product arrive damaged. Please take photos as they will be needed for Iron Rigs 4x4 to file a claim with the freight company, if the damage is due to carrier handling.

 

PLEASE INSPECT ALL DELIVERED PARTS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE WITHIN 15 DAYS 

Iron Rigs 4x4 will make our best effort to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We ask that you, our customer, review your order within 15 days.  Check to be sure all parts have arrived and are correct. Please help us to help you, should there be discrepancies, damaged, or missing parts. We want you to get your product installed as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your outdoor adventure. Issues not reported within 15 days of arrival date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

PAYING DUTY AND/OR TAXES ON IMPORTED GOODS 

Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. You do not have to pay the GST on the following goods that are imported into Canada by mail:

  • Goods worth CAN$20 or less
  • Gifts from family members or friends who live abroad when the worth is CAN$60 or less

The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13 percent. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST.

 

LEAF SPRING SHIPPING NOTICE

Ironman 4x4’s leaf springs are large products made from heavy-duty steel and do not ship in packaging. This is also true across the entire suspension industry. While Ironman 4x4’s shipping department does everything they can to ensure your leaf springs will arrive unscathed, it’s common for leaf springs to pick up a few scratches during shipping.

If you receive your leaf springs and they are scratched, that’s typical and does not affect the integrity or performance of the spring. Ironman 4x4’s leaf packs are dipped in corrosion-resistant heavy-duty black paint. If you have a few scratches, and they bother you, just apply a touch of flat or satin black spray paint and you’ll be good to go.
